By accessing and using RemoteRadar ("we", "our", "us"), available at remoteradar.com or remoteradar.vercel.app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

RemoteRadar is a remote job board aggregator that indexes remote career listings using scraper feeds and AI parsers. We offer:

• Free Job Board Search (with capped job application details).
• Premium Subscriptions (unlocking direct apply links, salary limits, and instant notifications).
• Employer Job Posting Services (paid listing packages including formatted CV delivery and dashboards).
• A Talent Directory where candidates list profiles for employer search.

3. Premium Memberships & Stripe Billing

Premium access is offered as a weekly recurring subscription of $4.99 USD, processed securely via Stripe.

• **Recurring Billing**: Your subscription will automatically renew each week until you cancel.
• **Cancellation**: You can cancel your membership at any time with a single click. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
• **Refunds**: Refund requests are handled case-by-case. Please contact support@remoteradar.com within 48 hours of billing.

4. Employer Postings & Fee Packages

Employers purchasing job posts agree to publish genuine, active remote job listings. Listings are subject to review. We reserve the right to archive or reject listings containing scam criteria, misleading location demands, or discriminatory text without refund.

5. Candidate Directory Rules

Candidates registering profiles agree to supply accurate, non-misleading information regarding skills, locations, and salaries. Profiles must not contain malicious code or false identities. We reserve the right to remove public listings that violate these conditions.

6. Limitations of Liability

RemoteRadar aggregates listings from third-party private websites. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of job descriptions, salary estimations, EOR compliance availability, or whether an employer will contact applicants. We are not liable for any losses arising from employment contracts or applications.
